They really did a great job on the conversion, but I just keep looking at and thinking "Why?"

I just don't get it.

Oh, you'd have to be from Arkansas to even have an inkling...I am, and it's still a bit beyond me. I'm already showing it to my husband and saying, "NO". He has been angling for a snout and tail for his red pickup for a while now. Yikes. This one is supposed to be used on recruiting trips, they say. We'll see.

I was born & raised in Arkansas too Brenda, and I graduated from the UofA Law School. I still don't get it.

I didn't know it was going to be used for recruiting, but you're right:

I rescind my former statement Rita--you are right. Now *I* don't get it. OK. Recruiting tool, right. So, some top-of-the-line H.S. grad is planning to go to, say... Stanford. But wait--then he/she sees the RAZORBUG, and says, "Well, dang! That changes EVERYTHING! U of A, here I come!"

You're right. I don't get it. My husband, however, thinks it's awesome. Maybe it's a guy thing?

And I Googled it, and hijacked it to my blog today just to spread the love. Hope you don't mind.

P.S. Are you old enough to remember "Beetleboards" in the 70's? I was just a kid, but I remember several of them, mainly one around Fayetteville (we lived there at the time) that was done up like a can of 7-Up, complete with pull-tab on top. Apparently companies paid you to pimp out your car to their product and drive around town.
